Return & Refund Policy

At Shark Slippers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shark-slippers.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:
    • The product was damaged upon arrival
    • The wrong item was sent
    • There was a mistake on our part

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items (like gift cards or personalized products) may not be eligible for return. If that applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
